Fees for 2012 soccer season:
Minis : 5 - 7 $55
Town comp 8 - 11 $65
Town comp 12+ $85
FMNC team 13 - 18 $110
FMNC team 19+ $200
Date of birth is taken to be as of 31/12/12. If you are 5 on 31/12/12 you are old enough to play soccer! If you are 8 on 31/12/12 then you play in the 8 - 11 year olds.
Registration form - please print this form out and drop it in to the credit union or the hospital in Bulahdelah. If you wish to use direct deposit, contact Lockey for the bank account details. Payment needs to be finalised before the registration can be processed.
